I approach real estate a little differently than many agents in our market.  First of all – I have a background in Interior Design, Construction and Renovation which has given me the tools to not only provide a more detailed look at a potential home for my buyers but also help steer clear of potential issues.  My experience in design and construction has also given me the ability to survey a home and provide insight into what renovations may or may not be possible.  In addition, my husband of 25+ years is a Home Inspector and I have garnered a wealth of information from him – again helping my clients, sellers and buyers, address potential costly issues before they become a problem.

As a 20+ year business owner, I have managed multiple time sensitive projects simultaneously while always keeping a sense of humor.  While buying and/or selling a home can be stressful – there is no reason it can’t be fun!

With a degree in Advertising & Marketing and an E-Pro Certified Agent I also utilize all methods of marketing – both traditional and contemporary.  Whether it is Direct Mail, Digital or good old-fashioned networking – I can get the right information to the right client at the right time.
